ZHC-Insight Overview
The ZHC-Insight is the industry's first remote diagnostic software developed to monitor RF video distribution. Used in conjunction with the Z-Distribution ZHC unit and the Z-Balun ZHC or UNV series, the software is able to gather information on the incoming video feed and signal strength, as well as system-wide metrics like the number of connected baluns and operating information for any networked ZHC units.

Diagnostic information can be accessed remotely, allowing for more efficient troubleshooting
Control end-user devices connected to compatible Z-Band baluns through either RS232 or IR
Ability to check signal levels on any Z-Distribution device on the network
Email alerts can be set up to give technicians and support staff real-time information
Assign permissions to specific users or create user groups with a pre-defined set of roles
