Overview of Our High-Performance RF Distribution System
Our latest-generation solution is an active video distribution system composed of Z-Distribution ZHC and the Z-Balun.
As one of the components of this self-balancing video system, the ZHC takes in video sources and distributes RF frequencies between 54 and 860 Mhz, over standard CAT cables, allowing for the distribution of hundreds of digital CATV channels in their standard QAM format.
The ZHC automatically amplifies, slopes, and attenuates the wired RF signals, making it simpler to install and manage than traditional coax systems.
The Z-Balun works in tandem with the ZHC at the display location. It receives the signal from the CAT cable and delivers a consistent signal to each TV.

Convenient flexibility: Our active video distribution system transmits RF signals over the standard CAT cabling already present in most modern buildings. This flexibility allows you to add a robust video network without the cost and disruption of pulling new, dedicated coaxial wires.
Compatibility with Pro:Idiom encryption: Our commercial RF distribution system securely transmits Pro:Idiom encrypted signals, ensuring that only authorized set-top boxes of TVs can decrypt and display premium video content.
Ability to monitor and manage the system: We offer the optional ZHC-Insight remote management software, which allows you to view system health, manage settings remotely and troubleshoot problems conveniently.

Z-Distribution ZHC Standard
This RF distribution system has 8, 16 and 24 RJ45 output connections on the front panel. It offers downstream fiber and bidirectional fiber configurations, and is compatible with Samsung Lync and LG Pro: Centric TV Control.
Z-Distribution ZHC Passthrough
Our Passthrough RF distribution system provides the functionality of the Standard model, but with an extra top row for Ethernet passthrough, which enables your network to communicate with VOD systems, IP-enabled set-top boxes and smart TVs while distributing RF video on a single CAT cable.
Z- Distribution ZHC Switch
The Switch model delivers the functionality of the Standard version while offering an internal Ethernet switch. It converts 1Gbps Ethernet connection to several 10/100M connections.
