These gentlemen are the founding fathers of Z-Band, Inc. They have developed the 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation systems for delivering
video over twisted pair cables. These state of the art and revolutionary systems continue to please customers in all markets and
geographies because of their ease of use and High Definition distribution capability.

Earl Hennenhoefer, President and Chief Executive Officer earlh@z-band.com
	Mr. Hennenhoefer formerly served as a vice president of both FCI Corporation and AMP Incorporated. He has held executive positions in operations, engineering, and procurement for the U.S. and Far East in electronic and sub-assembly business. He has had responsibility for domestic and international operations, including product development, product management, company acquisitions, and integration of cable systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and an MBA, both from Washington University in St. Louis. Earl is responsible for strategic and financial direction as well as assisting in operations.
Richard V. Snyder, Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales dicks@z-band.com
	Mr. Snyder formerly held a number of key positions with AMP Incorporated, including Product Manager for a worldwide connector product line. As a Product Manager in Procurement he had global responsibility for the acquisitions of plastics and polymers, and subsequently, became Contracts Director for corporate research and development agreements. He later served as Director of Executive Leadership Education and retired as Director of Interconnection Industry Modeling for FutureView Group, AMP’s in-house think-tank. Prior to joining AMP, he worked in electronics intelligence and criminal justice, including ten years as Executive Director of Pennsylvania’s Joint Council on Criminal Justice. He holds a BS from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA and has done extensive graduate work in psychology at Penn State and Temple Universities. Dick is responsible for directing and managing the overall marketing/sales initiatives, and for developing strategic alliances with other companies.
Robert D. Stine, Vice President, Operations and Engineering bobs@z-band.com
	Mr. Stine held key management positions in development engineering and product/industry marketing at AMP Incorporated. His career has focused on electronic and opto-electronic product development for the communications industry. He is a recognized leader in the application of new technologies to voice, video, and data. Prior to joining AMP, he held senior engineering positions with ITT Corporation, Berger Associates, and GTE Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Penn State and has completed graduate studies in business and engineering administration. Bob is responsible for operations and engineering, including new product development and customer application engineering.
